Front Office Staff

You are one of the first faces a patient sees when they come in, and one of the last they see when they leave. A friendly spirit, an eye for detail, and attention to organization will ensure that the office and waiting room run smoothly.

• Job Responsibilities
• Responding to patients upon arrival, checking them in and ensuring any necessary paperwork is completed
• Answering patient calls and other forms of contact
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating with other practices, medical providers, and other parties when needed
• Preparing documentation, filling reports, completing certification, and other duties necessary for office compliance
• Skills
• Excellent communications skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
• Proficiency with computers for document creation, scheduling, and communication
• Success at multitasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines

Medical Assistant (Bilingual)

Our medical assistants help all our patients feel comfortable before and/or during their time with our doctors. They pay attention and respond to patient needs, conduct preparatory work, and assist the doctor as needed.

• Job Responsibilities
• Guide patients to examination rooms and conduct any preliminary work that may be needed (e.g. taking and recording vitals, preparing results of testing, etc.)
• Answer questions that the patient may have, and/or note questions for the doctor to answer
• Assist the doctor in minor procedures and other tasks, as needed
• Skills
• Accredited Medical Assistant
• Ability to learn, work, and adapt quickly
• Friendly and helpful demeanor toward patients
