Vu T. Nguyen, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Vu T. Nguyen is board certified in reconstructive ankle and foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Foot and Ankle Trauma, Reconstructions

Dr. Nguyen has comprehensive training in all facets of ankle and foot care (non-surgical and surgical), and has a particular interest in foot and ankle trauma, reconstructions of foot and ankle deformities, and wound care. In addition to private practice, Dr. Nguyen is investing in the next generation of physicians and as such lectures to medical residents at local hospitals.

Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt

Dr. Nguyen is a graduate of the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University where he received his Doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Nguyen relocated to Phoenix where he successfully completed a three-year surgical training in ankle and foot surgery which included a one-year internship in General Surgery at Maricopa Medical Center.

Personal Life

Dr. Nguyen is married with four beautiful children. When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Nguyen likes to spend time with his family going on road trips, hiking, and fishing.
